Chunk Type Specification

Description
This chunk defines a chunk key and its corresponding type string. This
is provided as a way of defining custom chunks.
By convention chnkTyp chunks should appear at the top level in a separate
file from those which contain chunks of the new types. Note that this
only defines the syntax of a new chunk not its semantics.
