Welcome

GraphiCon is a leading international conference on Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Image and Video processing in Russia since 1991. The next 23rd event will be hosted by Institute for Automation and Control Processes Far Eastern Division RAS and Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) in cooperation with Lomonosov Moscow State University and Institute of Applied Mathematics RAS on September 16-20, 2013. Conference venue – campus of FEFU on the Island  Russky, Vladivostok.

GraphiCon’2013 is a single track meeting with oral and poster presentations and will include several State-of-the-Art  presentations to be announced soon.  Traditionally, GraphiCon’2013 will also include Young Scientist School (on September 19-20).

Authors are invited to submit papers presenting previously unpublished work directly related to the key subjects of the conference. Submitted papers will be doubly blind reviewed based on the criteria relevance, originality, validity and reliability of the results. Working languages ​​- English and Russian.

The best papers will be published in a special issue of the journal "Programmirovanie". The conference papers which are closest subject of the journal "Scientific Visualization" will be published in the special issue of the journal.

Students and postgraduates are encouraged to submit short papers (4 pages) for Young Scientist School. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference as posters and will appear in the proceedings. All accepted works will participate in the competition for young scientists. The official language for papers for Young Scientist School is Russian.
